Terms of Service for 805 Fence Company

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the services provided by 805 Fence Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Scope of Services: 805 Fence Company operates as an unlicensed lead generation site. All fencing work will be performed by California Licensed C-13 Fence Contractors, whom we connect you with through our platform. Our services include, but are not limited to, installation, repair, and consultation.

805 Fence Company License Status: 805 Fence Company is currently in the process of obtaining its own California Licensed C-13 Fence Contractor license. The qualifying party has successfully passed the laws and business portion of the licensing requirements and is scheduled to take the trade exam in January 2024.

User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for providing accurate information during the consultation and ordering process. Any delays or issues resulting from inaccurate information are not the responsibility of 805 Fence Company.

Quotes and Estimates: All quotes and estimates to be provided by a licensed contractor are subject to change based on the final assessment of the project by the California Licensed C-13 Fence Contractor. The company reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the agreement between the customer and the California Licensed C-13 Fence Contractor. Failure to adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms may result in project delays or cancellation.

Project Completion: Project completion timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. 805 Fence Company will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays through the California Licensed C-13 Fence Contractor.

Warranty and Repairs: The Licensed Contractor will provide warranties on workmanship and selected materials. Customers are responsible for adhering to care and maintenance guidelines to ensure the validity of the warranty. Any alterations or repairs not conducted by the California Licensed C-13 Fence Contractor may void the warranty.

Permits and Compliance: Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required for fencing projects. 805 Fence Company will work to ensure that the project complies with local regulations through the California Licensed C-13 Fence Contractor, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the customer.

Intellectual Property: All content, designs, and intellectual property associated with 805 Fence Company’s services are the property of 805 Fence Company and may not be used or reproduced without explicit permission.

Termination of Services: The licensed contractor reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other breach of the agreement between the customer and the California Licensed C-13 Fence Contractor.

Changes to Terms of Service: 805 Fence Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review these terms periodically for changes.
